PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate composed of a foamed body which has an Asker C hardness of 20-80, a low density, a small compression strain (CS) and is excellent in tear strength property and impact resilience. SOLUTION: The laminate has a layer composed of a foamed body consisting of 5-95 pts.wt. of an ethylene-1-butene copolymer (A1) having a density of≥0.880 g/cm<SP>3</SP>and <0.900 g/cm<SP>3</SP>and a melt flow rate (ASTM D 1238, 190°C, load: 2.16 kg) of 0.1-50 g/10min., and 5-95 pts.wt. of an ethylene-1-butene copolymer (A2) having a density of 0.900-0.930 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, a melt flow rate (ASTM D 1238, 190°C, load: 2.16 kg) of 0.1-50 g/10min. and a peak position of the major melting point of≤110°C [the total amount of components (A1) and (A2) is 100 pts.wt.]; and a layer composed of at least one kind of material selected from among a group consisting of a polyolefin, polyurethane, rubber, leather and artificial leather.
