<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device which can easily select functional items by the operation using an exclusive button, is excellent in operability and is adaptable to a universal design, and to provide an information display method. <P>SOLUTION: In this information display method, functional items 26 showing functions to be executed are arrayed in a character generator 22 for OSD, and an operation picture on which instruction keys 27 including a direction key for instructing the movement of the selected functional items 26 and a determination key for instructing the execution of the selected functional items 26 are arrayed is displayed on an LCD 19. A microcomputer 25 successively selects the instruction keys 27 in every predetermined interval, and when a UD button 232 is operated in such a status that the direction key is selected, the selected function items 26 are moved based on the direction key selected in the case of operating a UD button 232, and when the UD button 232 is operated in such a status that the determination key is selected, the selected function items 26 are executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
