PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control apparatus capable of detecting disconnection abnormality of a connection line from an output side of a sense FET. SOLUTION: When a source potential Vs2 of a sense MOSFET 16 is lowered with respect to a source potential Vs1 of a power MOSFET 15 and a potential difference occurs, the power supply control apparatus 10 outputs a signal indicating an abnormality to an external circuit (e.g. alarm lamp) by using a pull-up resistor 54 connected with an external terminal P5 and causes the power MOSFET 15 to perform an interrupting operation similarly to a case where an abnormality signal is output from an abnormality detecting circuit 13 and a current failure occurs.
