PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Hall element device capable of providing a detection signal correctly without being subject to the influence of induced voltage caused by flux change. SOLUTION: A conductor 15 is provided to a Hall element device 10. The conductor 15 is formed such that the same induction voltage may occur substantially with induction voltage resulting from the flux change received by the path of a first output pin OP1 to a second conductive frame F2 to a Hall element HE to a fourth conductive frame F4, and to a second output pin OP2. Further, the tip end of the conductor 15 and the tip end of the second output pin OP2 are connected so that the induced voltage generated in the conductor 15 and the induced voltage in the above path may offset each other.
