PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic overhead-location photographing device with a tripod stand by which a photographer takes a photograph of a photographic object existing in a high place or performs operation to take a photograph in such a state that he or she looks down a photographic object from a high place by radio or wired operation from the level ground. SOLUTION: This automatic overhead-location photographing device is equipped with three posts 2 supported by a tripod stand 1 and elongated and contracted in a vertical direction by multistage manual work, and is provided with a base 6 at the edge part of the post, and provided with a driving device (a) 7 and one vertical post 8 on the base, whereby the up-and-down movement of the vertical post, rotation in a peripheral direction thereof and photographing are remotely controlled by radio or by wire. The device is provided with a support bar 10 and a support bar driving device (b) 9 on the upper part of the vertical post, then the support bar is remotely controlled in a horizontal direction by radio or by wire.
