PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide image measuring device designed so as to automatically and efficiently achieve an entire process from locating operation to three-dimensional measurement with high degree of accuracy, and moreover, without having to choose the measuring object to be portable. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a rough locating section which roughly measures positional relationship among measuring objects in each image from paired images of measuring objects photographed in different directions; data setting section which defines one image as reference image and the other image as search image out of the paired images, sets reference data block on the reference image from the above positional relation obtained by the rough locating section, and then provides search area on the search image to set search data block in the above search area; and association determining section for obtaining associated relation between the search data block and reference data block set in the search area. The data setting section implements at least one setting among setting of reference data block on the reference image, setting of search area on the search image and setting of search data block on the search image, from the positional relation obtained by the rough locating section.
