Sweetening dietary food products - using fructose mannitol or sorbitol to replace saccharose and glucose

Food products, e.g. alcohol free drinks, confectionery and cakes, are sweetened by replacing >=50% of saccharose and glucose by fructose, mannitol or sorbitol or mixtures. The products are adaptable for diets, e.g. diabetic, hepatic, obese etc.
