PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rank progression type storage device which does not enlarge an area of the storage device without interposing a delay element in a clock signal line for supplying a clock.SOLUTION: A rank progression type storage device includes: a column storage block where a plurality of storage cells including a control terminal into which the input terminal and the output terminal of data and a pulse signal for reading and controlling the data are input are arranged in a column direction; a data line for connecting the output terminal of the storage cell of the column storage block arranged in a column direction of the column storage block and the input terminal of the storage cell of the rear column storage block for each storage cell; and a pulse signal line sequentially connecting the control terminal from a first storage cell of one end in the column direction of the storage cell of the rear column storage block to a second storage block of the other end in the column direction, and connecting the control terminal of a second storage cell and the control terminal of a third storage cell arrayed in the same column as that of the first storage cell of a front column storage block.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
