PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water and water mixing device capable of quickly discharging mixed water having a predetermined temperature.SOLUTION: A control unit for setting mixed water at a predetermined temperature is connected to a hot water adjustment unit of the hot water/water mixing device. The control unit calculates an estimated temperature Tp3 of the mixed water from measured values of a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor, and measured values of a first flow rate sensor and a second flow rate sensor. The control unit has a first control mode 171 that is a feedback control based on a difference between a predetermined temperature Tm and the estimated temperature Tp3, and a second control mode 172 that is a feed forward control based on temperatures and flow rates of a water supply passage and a hot water supply passage. The hot water and water mixing device performs control in the first control mode 171 when the difference between the estimated temperature Tp3 and the predetermined temperature Tm is within a predetermined range Ra, and performs control in the second control mode 172 when the difference is outside the predetermined range Ra.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
