PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server program, an information management method, and a server device that can manage data based on coordinate data according to confidentiality.SOLUTION: When a CPU in a management server receives stroke data (S21), the CPU generates document data on the basis of the stroke data (S22). The CPU determines whether or not a drawing is written in a first box (S25). If the CPU determines that a drawing is written in the first box (S25: YES), it determines that the confidential level of the document data is "TOP SECRET." If the CPU does not determine that a drawing is written in the first box (S25: NO), it determines that the confidential level of the document data is "CONFIDENTIAL."
