Processing bath replenishment - from rinsing bath by gravity method

The liquid level of the pickling, degreasing and plating baths comprising processing and rinsing tanks with different specific gravity solns. is controlled by means of a connecting pipe, which opens in the lower s.g. liquid bath just below the bath surface level. The inlet from the connecting pipe into the higher s.g. bath is at a fixed adjustable distance between each level. The method is simple, requiring no pumps.
