<p>1313032 Esters of dithiophosphoramidic acid BAYER AG 9 July 1971 [11 July 1970 29 Jan 1971] 32353/71 Heading C2P The invention comprises compounds of the general formula (RO)(R<SP>1</SP>NH)P(S)SR<SP>2</SP> in which R, R<SP>1</SP> and R<SP>2</SP> which may be the same or different are each an alkyl or cycloalkyl radical having up to 6 carbon atoms or an alkenyl or alkynyl radical having 2 to 6 carbon atoms, which alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl radical may be substituted by at least one substituent selected from halogen atoms, phenyl, cyano, alkoxy, alkylmercapto, phenylmercapto and naphthyl mercapto radicals, the mercapto radicals being optionally substituted by Cl or CN. They may be obtained by reacting a salt of the general formula (RO)(R<SP>1</SP>NH)P(S)SM in which M is an alkali metal, alkaline earth metal equivalent or an optionally alkyl-substituted ammonium equivalent with a compound: HalR<SP>2</SP> wherein Hal is halogen preferably Cl or Br. The reaction is preferably carried out in a solvent or diluent and preferred reaction temperatures are 30‹ to 40‹ C. The products have nematocidal, insecticidal and acaricidal properties and may be used as active ingredients in conventional pesticidal compositions.</p> |
