Paste for forming resistors, condensers or leads - contg opt doped silicon or germanium powder

Paste for screen-printing electric elements, esp. by thick-film circuit technique, contain Si or Ge powder opt. doped with an element(s) of gp III or V. The paste may contain glass powder and an organic binder. This paste is more stable and reliable, and less expensive than similar known products. The resistance is approx independent of temp.
