PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element capable of sufficiently suppressing generation of harmful light with a simple procedure.SOLUTION: An optical element 10 includes optical effective areas 12 and 13 through which an effective luminous flux contributing to image formation passes, and a non-optical effective area 14 outside the optical effective areas. On the non-optical effective area 14 of base material 11, a light shielding layer 21 made of a black coating film, and a low refractive index layer 22 with a refraction index of 1.15 to 1.35 are laminated in the order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
