<p>Appts. for the injection or extrusion of expansible material esp. for a machine for injection moulding soles onto shoes equipped with moulds having a movable punch, is characterised by this punch, as it displaces under the effect of the injection pressure, acting, via a lever arm, on the piston of a cylinder which receives a fluid under pressure through a pressure regulator and a non-return valve, the lever arm commanding at the same time the closure of the contacts of an interrupter via an adjustable stop screw. The interrupter commands an electric valve connected to the cylinder from which the fluid flows through a second pressure regulator which controls the density of the expansible material, while the adjustable stop screw controls the thickness or volume. The density of the expanded material and its thickness can be controlled accurately.</p> |
