<p>Filament feeding member having a number of filament feeding heads is inserted into a cylindrical tubular die, the heads being coextensive with the die. The die is rotated relative the feeding member and the filaments issuing from the head are applied to the interior of the die. The filament feeding head is oscillated and a resin matrix is added to the strands and cured to form a composite structure e.g. a strong tank for fuels.</p>
