The present invention relates to a device for connecting a gang form, more specifically, to a device for connecting a gang form wherein a structure to connect a gang form is improved for installation and separation to be quickly and easily performed. According to the present invention, a device for connecting a gang form comprises: a support unit of which a front side surface is in contact with a portion wherein gang forms touch each other; a coupling unit installed to penetrate through the support unit, wherein one portion protrudes to the outside of the support unit to be inserted between the gang forms; a fixing unit penetrating through the gang forms and the coupling unit in order for the coupling unit to be fixated to the gang forms; and a locking unit connected to the coupling unit, coupled to the support unit, and engaged with the support unit to be fixated through rotation operation to pull the coupling unit for the fixing unit to couple the gang forms.
