derivs of formula (I) (in which R1 and R2 are H or lower alkyl; R3 is phenyl substd. by >=1 lower alkenyloxy, SH, lower alkylthio, sulphamoyl or mono- or disubstd. sulphamoyl, or R3 is heterocyclic; R4 and R5 are opt. protected OH, and X is O or S) and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. (I) are smooth muscle relaxants, esp. for visceral a and vascular muscles. They are also vasodilators, and inhibit intestinal contractions and low bronchodilator activity.
