The control arrangement is for a hydraulic drive arrangement with two similar hydraulic units, each with a movable part with lines hydraulically connecting the units, whose movable parts move synchronously, and with a fluid drive device for the movable parts. A modulation device independent of the drive device, is used to feed fluid selectively from an external supply to each of the connecting lines to correct any synchronising differences or to achieve a desired position or speed difference between the movable parts.
