<p>The tearing device has pairs of input and output guide rollers, the drive roller of the output pair of rollers rotating at a higher speed than that of the input rollers. In addition the tearing device contains a guide element which determines a straight path for the strips to prevent congestion of the paper, and a wheel fitted between the input and output rollers, which is so arranged that it begins tearing off the paper automatically when a perforated line reaches the wheel. The drive to the input rollers is disconnected immediately after each tearing process.</p> |
