摘要 <p>1482814 Hydrostatic transmission control KLOCKNER - HUMBOLDT - DEUTZ AG 23 Oct 1974 [16 Nov 1973] 45875/74 Heading F2W In a hydrostatic transmission for a rail vehicle wherein an engine driven variable displacement pump 5 is in closed circuit with a variable displacement motor 9 and the pump and/or motor displacement is controlled by a servo 4, 10 to which control liquid is delivered by an engine driven constant displacement pump 3 through a line 15 at a pressure determined by a variable throttle valve 22, pressurization of the line 15 is prevented until the engine speed attains a predetermined value higher than engine idling speed by a flow control valve 13 which returns pump delivery to a reservoir through a first outlet when the flow therethrough is below a predetermined rate and delivers flow in excess of the predetermined rate through a second outlet to the line 15. A flow responsive valve 17 prevents pressurization of the line 15 until the flow therethrough is sufficient to close the valve 17, thereafter the pressure in the line 15 increases to a value determined by the variable throttle 22 and an adjustable flow control valve 23. The pressure in the line 15 is applied through a reversing valve 19 to the pump displacement adjusting servo 4 and through a line 20 to the motor displacement adjusting servo 10. The valves 22, 23 are adjusted simultaneously by a lever 30. In Fig. 2 (not shown) the valve 23 is omitted and an adjustable pressure relief valve is provided in series with the throttle valve, the throttle valve and the adjustable pressure relief valve being simultaneously adjusted by a manual control lever. In Fig. 3 (not shown) the variable throttle valve is in series with an adjustable differential pressure relief valve (35) adjustment of the throttle valve and relief valve being effected simultaneously by a control lever (37). In Fig. 4 (not shown) the pressure in the line (15) is determined by a spring loaded valve (40), the spring loading being adjustable by a manual control lever (44).</p>
