Roller conveyor track with lateral rails - has roller studs held in pockets in lateral support rails

Roller conveyor has its rollers mounted in lateral holding rails in such manner that the roller studs protruding from the roller part proper are inserted in pockets in the lateral rails. The studs may be provided with dismountable roller bearings for insertion into the rail pockets. The bearing retaining pockets may be of sheet metal or of solid matl. The laterial rails are pref. of box shape with bores for accepting the pockets and/or runner strips in fixed spacing. The runner strips may also be used for connecting the lateral rails at opposite sides of the conveyor. Fastening of the component parts may be by screws, riveting, or welding connections, or by suspension of the respective elements on the box-shaped rail profiles.
