A transmitter connected to the hydraulic system converts the pressure of the system, when closed, into a d.c. voltage. An analogue-digital converter is connected via an amplifier to the output side of the transmitter. The output signals from the converter are fed into a memory by way of an operational logic circuit and a counter. A decoder unit coupled to the memory has an indicator connected to its output. The operational logic circuit can have assigned to it a monostable multi-vibrator with a relaxation time corresponding to the weighing period. An adjustable reference voltage transmitter can be connected to the logic circuit for zero balancing.
