PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging circuit device capable of improving transfer characteristics by changing the control signal levels of pre-stage and post-stage side transfer transistors, and electronic equipment.SOLUTION: An imaging circuit device 20 includes a pixel unit 30 having a light-receiving element PD, and a read circuit unit 40 which reads electric charge from the light-receiving element. The read circuit unit includes a pre-stage side transfer gate 200a which is turned on or off by a control signal Tx1 having a higher voltage than a power supply voltage and in which one end thereof is connected to the light-receiving element, and a post-stage side transfer gate 210a which is connected to the other end of the pre-stage side transfer gate and turned on or off by the first control signal Tx2a generated via a CMOS logic circuit 500a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14 |
