PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide users with comprehensive evacuation guiding support by executing evacuation guiding support, safety confirmation support, or support for a rescue request according to need at appropriate timing in time series.SOLUTION: When evacuation guiding management means accepts the selection designation of a type of evacuation guiding object disaster, it determines a type of initial guidance on the basis of the type of evacuation guiding object disaster, attribute information on a user, positional information on the current location of the user, and information on whether the user can move by themselves accepted by self-moving related information reception means, notifies the user of it, and performs first automated processing for a rescue request site through communication means according to the type of initial guidance, or searches for the nearest evacuation shelter or safe place to guide the user to the nearest evacuation shelter or safe place by guiding means, and after the user moves to the nearest evacuation shelter or safe place, performs second automated processing for a safety confirmation site through the communication means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
