Food processing machine comprising a mixing bowl with an internal, rotary shaft adapted to drive agitators, cutters etc. and bounded by a heat-transfer jacket with inlet and outlet lines which can be connected to either of two separate supply tanks from which heat transfer liq. is delivered by pumps. One tank is fitted with a heater in order to supply hot liq. to the jacket inlet or recycle it to the hot tank; the second tank is refrigerated in order to supply chilled liq. to the jacket or recycle it to the chilled tank. The multi-purpose, small scale machine is for processing a wide range of prods. e.g. ice cream, almond paste, sauces etc. Very compact and highly economica machine for wide variety of operations on a modest scale. |
