PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate the quality of a filling state of a seal material.SOLUTION: In a seal structure 100 of a water pump, a positioning pin 52 projected outward is formed on a housing side flange portion 42 of a motor housing 30, and (a tip end portion of) the positioning pin 52 is disposed in the inside of a seal material filling portion 102. The positioning pin 52 is buried by a seal material 104 so as not to be visually recognized, and a tip end (upper end) of the positioning pin 52 is set to a lower limit position of sealing height of the seal material 104. Therefore, by visually checking whether the positioning pin 52 is brought in a state which cannot be visually recognized by the seal material 104, it can be discriminated whether the filling amount of the seal material 104 in the seal material filling portion 102 is sufficient or not. Therefore, the quality of a filling state of the seal material 104 can be finely discriminated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
