PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring distortion of a fine pattern formed at a prescribed position of a printing plate cylinder.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a plate cylinder 21 bonding a mold laminate 10 to the plate cylinder 21 is provided in which a mold laminate with a pattern laminated having an alignment mark 12 in an imprint molding mold is fixed on a transportation stage 22 installed facing the printing plate cylinder and action of the plate cylinder 21 and the transportation stage 22 is controlled so that the mold laminate 10 is bonded to the plate cylinder in parallel with an axial direction of the plate cylinder 21 and at a prescribed position of the plate cylinder 21. In a method for measuring distortion between patterns before and after bonding, length between asperity pattern regions of a fine pattern of the mold laminate 10 laid on the stage 22 before bonding is measured by a camera 23, length between asperity pattern regions of the fine pattern of a curable resin layer 13 bonded to the plate cylinder 21 after bonding is measured by a camera 24, and difference of the lengths between the asperity pattern regions before and after bonding is acquired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
