Controlled drive with const. speed electromotor - has current-regulating motor coupled via differential gears to output shaft

The controlled drive has an electromotor as a constant speed drive (preferably with a flywheel) and a second electromotor acting as a d.c. current-regulating motor. Both motors are connected either directly or over gears to a differential gear system. The direction of rotation and the precision of the control voltage for the current-regulating motor are exactly proportional to the speed of the differential gear's output shaft. The differential gear consists of two sun wheels and an intermediate cog enclosed in a housing mounted beneath the large input cog connected to the const. speed motor and engaging with the output shaft's cog.
