The sliding tube is very short and opens into the bottom of a vessel whose volume is greater than that of the hose; this vessel has at least one transparent section for water level reading, and a vent. The short sliding tube has a cut-out valve, and the vessel has filling hole with a cover in its top. The vessel is movably mounted on the stand, on which a movable and continuously adjustable slide is provided; the slide has a bracket under which the vessel is suspended. There is a graduated scale alongside the vessel, to enable reading of the water level.
