<p>There is a vee groove pulley (20) which has an interior boss (21) associated with a shaft. At the end of this boss is a conical flange (22) which can engage on one side of a belt (23). A second flange of the pulley (24) can move axially on the boss (21) and has a tubular piece (25) in which slides the boss (21). The moving pulley flange (24) is pressed against the belt by a spring (26). There is play (a), (b) at either end of the cylindrical recess of the tubular piece (25). This play varies according to axial displacement of the moving flange. The bearing faces are multiple pad type, reducing wear.</p> |
