The caliper has a friction lining, which is divided into several lamella, evenly distributed over the braking surface. The lamella are displaceable singly in the movement direction of the brake jaw, against a spring, pressing the lamella away from the jaw. The lamella are riveted to a support plate elastically held on the jaw, and are fastened by a pin. The pins engage in the brake jaws, and have a collar engaging on the braking surface. Each pin has a head, accommodated in a recess of the plate, and carries the compression springs tensioned between plate and braking surface. The recess is deeper by the amount of the necessary free play for the plate, than the height of the pin head.
|
