The pump is particularly of the roller type for probes for the internal nourishment of a living body, a supporting wall opposite the rollers and acting as a tube through which the fluid passes. Both the wall and the tube which it carries are removably mounted in the pump body and are interchangeable. The wall can be extended by a flange pivoting on the pump body, the opposite end snapping into position on the latter, typically by means of a hook end passing over a bolt in the body, the bolt being spring loaded in the engaged direction.
