Ceramic dielectric material based on barium titanate - with addition of cerium oxide nickel hydroxide carbonate and opt titanium oxide

摘要

Ceramic dielectric material having a dielectric constant of about 2800-5000 is produced from 96-98% BaTiO3, 1.5-3% CeO2 and 0.10-0.2% of nickel hydroxide carbonate or another Ni cpd. Opt 0.5-2% TiO2 is added. Thsi dielectric material is used in the prodn of condensers working with hig electric potentials at elevated temp. The temp coefft. of the electric capacity of these condensers is relatively small.
