Switching system for motorised drive of roller blinds - has a limit switch with actuating lever and mercury switching tube(s) on rocker arm

The electric motor driven roller blind system has a limit switch for cutting off the drive in the blind roller position, the switch being actuated by a lever whose free arm abuts under prestress the pulling member of the blind. The limit switch has one or several mercury switching tubes on a rocker arm, one such arm being provided for the lower and upper limit switch position. On attaining the upper or the lower blind end position one rocker arm is tiltable either directly by components of the blind or the drive, or by means of additional actuators under influence of such blind control elements. Preferably the limit switch has a single mercury switching tube for both end positions, the mercury switch having three electrodes.
