Universal concrete construction spreader, clamp and spacer - with spaced reinforcing rods locked or connected by returning clamp unit combination

The multi-purpose combined spreader, clamp device and spacer, esp. for use in connection with concrete construction, is as described in patents P. 2230535 and P. 2314803. Reinforcing rods, in reinforcing assemblies, at intervals from one another, are locked or connected together by means of a clamp component combination, for tension or pressure loading checking of the spreader component, running round and returning at an interval across the spacer. The compression components of the spacer may be provided with rust protection where they are in contact with the formwork, pref. by the use of rustless, galvanised or plastic-coated material.
