<p>The object is to generate a controllable ionised air current of medium intensity which can attain a flow velocity of several meters per second, for installation in a housing or air-conditioning and/or heating plant. There are two plates, one above the other, held parallel to each other at their ends by insulators, each having cut outs and apertures. The lower plate has apertures centred under its cut outs, with conical nozles, narrowing at the top with rounded off openings at the top, inserted in them vertically to the plate plane, opening out below the cut-outs and at an interval from them. The lower plate may be cable connected to one of the poles of a generator, for generation of a regulated high electrostatic tension.</p> |
