Two piece cardboard backed placards - uses right angled conveyor systems to pre shape printed sheets and backing pieces

The two part flat printed placards consist of a printed sheet and a cardboard underlay. A twin conveyor system carries the printed sheet and the cardboard and around which the printed sheet is wrapped and glued. Printed sheets are feed through forming rolls where one pair of edges are trimmed and partly bent along a conveyor then deposited on a further conveyor strip at right angles to a conveyor where the pair of edges are shaped. The shaped printed sheet is then conveyed and married with the cardboard insert from a conveyor, and removed to the glueing and finishing line.
