The rear face of the plate contains medical information relating to the owner of the plate. This medical information is only revealed when a metallic shutter on the plate is opened, this metallic shutter pivoting around a hinge. The shutter is only released when a button is pressed. The medical information may include details of heart condition, blood flow, nerve condition etc.</p> |
