The original form is wider than the carbon copy forms and the projecting border width of the original form is wrapped around a first or a second folding perforation whereby the fold engages over the carbon copy form and the carbon paper and is itself stuck to the preceding or subsequent original form at a distance from the border. The difference in the width between the original and carbon copy forms is at least that of teh extraction width in addition to the adhesive border width. The carbon paper can be wholly or partly replaced by an ink coating on the rear side of the carbon copy forms.
