Cooling ribs hold the heater between them, and the heating element is directly embedded in the tubular sheath produced by the two shaped metal parts. These two parts are joined together by one folded seam, which itself forms the heater tubular sheath. Additional sheet metal strips are folded together with the above joints, so that they form projecting cooling ribs. The heater sealing is done simultaneously with the seam folding. Alternatively the seams are pressed without special sealing of the heater. The heating element is held by a ceramic support inside the heater tubular part.
