The coil winding (4, 5) are carried on a rod-shaped magnetic core which is inserted between the shanks (3) of a U-shaped yoke (2) of surrounding structure, with which it found air gaps (7, 8). Permanent magnets (10) are inserted between the core ends and the yoke base (9). The rocker armature (11) is mounted in swivelling manner on vertically brought up lateral arms (13) of the yoke. The armature is preferably in the form of a frame. The yoke lateral arms ends may be bent horizontally, to form bearing strips (12), and may have recesses (15) for centering lugs (14) of the rocker armature.
