1416419 Affinity chromatography BOEHRINGER MANNHEIM GmbH 19 July 1974 [23 July 1973] 32105/74 Heading B1H [Also in Division C3] A chromatographic material used in the affinity chromatography of NADP-dependent dehydrogenases (Division C3) consists of a solid carrier e.g. dextran, agarose, cellulose, starch, polyvinylalcohol or gelatin having bound thereto, as acceptor, a nucleotide with a phosphate group in the 2'- or 3'-position, e.g. uridine-, guanosine-, thymidine-, cytidine-, xanthine-, methyl-xanthine-, or adenosine-2' or 3'-phosphate. The acceptor may be bound to the carrier conventionally using a bridging agent, e.g. cyanogen bromide especially and also with a p-aminophenyl grouping, with aminocaproic acid or with aminoethylamido succinic acid.
