Box package with inverted cover with locking devices between the lower part of the box and the cover. The locking devices are formed by elements attached to the lower part pointing downwards and corresponding elements fitted to the interior of the side cover edge pointing upwards. The side cover edge (22) with the locking devices fitted to is (24) can be torn off. A tear off strip (23) connected to the extension of the locking device surfaces (24) is divided from the cover edge side (22) by a perforation line (25). The extension surfaces (24) are located only at the corners of the cover (1) and are folded inwards.
