PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication device, authentication system, and authentication method with which information on authentication symbols can be prevented from being read by a third person.SOLUTION: An authentication device 10 comprises a touch panel, display means 11, input detection means 12, and authentication determination means 13. The display means 11 displays a plurality of symbols on a locus where the starting point matches with the end point on a display screen of the touch panel. The input detection means 12 detects, as an input of symbols, a continuous contact where any one of the symbols displayed on the touch panel is touched as the start of input, and the touch passes on through the locus and returns to the symbol as the start of input. The authentication determination means 13 determines that the symbols are authenticated when the symbols detected to be input match with preset authentication symbols, and determines that the symbols are not authenticated when the symbols detected to be input do not match with the preset authentication symbols.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
