PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that selects a sales representative at the site for a customer who possibly introduces another person, by extracting the model of a sales representative who has well dealt with the same model as that of the customer in the past according to approach timing of a sales representative to the customer.SOLUTION: A sales representative candidate extraction system includes: a customer model construction section 10 that constructs a customer model highly likely to introduce another person, by a customer relation information registration/management device, a human network analysis device, a data management device, and a sales information registration/management device; an introducer list construction section 20 that lists up introducers from among existing customers on the basis of the constructed customer model; and a visit result feedback section 30 that registers a result of introduction after customer visit. The system extracts introducer candidates. The system also includes a list construction section 40 for sales representatives who have well dealt with a listed customer, lists up sales representative candidates in a sales base corresponding to the type of a sales representative who has well dealt with the customer according to approach timing, and outputs the list on a display device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
