PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading device that can facilitate a work of connecting first and second flat cables and suppress malfunction of a display unit and a first board.SOLUTION: An operation panel unit 10 includes a display unit 300, a first substrate 400, a control substrate 500, a press member 600, first and second flat cables 350, 450, and the like. The press member 600 is disposed on the opposite side to a touch panel 200 in the display unit 300 while overlapped with the display unit 300. The first flat cable 350 has one end portion 350A connected to an edge 300 R of the display portion 300, and an intermediate portion 350C which is positioned between the press member 600 and the display portion 300, extends toward a control substrate 500 and is connected to the control substrate 500. The second flat cable 450 has one end portion 450A connected to the first substrate 400, and an intermediate portion 450C which is positioned on the opposite side to the display portion 300 in the press member 600, extends toward the control substrate 500 and is connected to the control substrate 500.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
