PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device that can reduce the amount of data on an operation of a safety device when operating the safety device according to countries or regions.SOLUTION: There is provided a vehicle control device 10 activating a safety device when the risk of collision between a vehicle and a target present around the vehicle increases, and comprising: condition setting means that sets an operation condition that is a condition to operate the safety device; correction determination means that determines whether a plurality of correction conditions for an operation condition are each satisfied; and operation determination means that determines whether to operate the safety device on the basis of the operation condition, wherein the condition setting means sets the operation condition by correcting a predetermined reference condition on the basis of the correction conditions determined to be satisfied by the correction determination means and subsequently correcting with a destination correction value that is a correction value determined for each of places of destination that are countries or regions in which the vehicle is used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
