PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech processing unit or the like for urging a talker to pronounce a word appropriately by allowing the talker to grasp the word in that speech cannot be recognized properly.SOLUTION: A server 20 includes: a rephrasing dictionary 201 for correlating a word to be rephrased as a target to be rephrased and a word after rephrasing having a meaning differing from that of the word to be rephrased and storing the correlation; a retrieval part 202 for retrieving a word after rephrasing correlated with a word to be rephrased agreeing with a word having a low reliability from the rephrasing dictionary 201 when talker's speech includes a word having a low reliability of voice recognition; and a notification part 203 for notifying a talker side of the retrieved word after rephrasing for urging the talker to appropriately pronounce a word having a low reliability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
