Needle valve for fuel injection comprises a needle which is axially movable within a guide bore of the nozzle body (17) and which cooperates with a valve seat in the body, an opening (26) which is closed by the needle, and a distributor (21) which is axially adjustable relative to the nozzle body to adjust the outlet cross-section of the opening, which extends over 360 deg., and which maintains a constant injection angle. The distributor is pref. in the form of an injection head which is shaped like a mushroom head with a frustoconical surface (24) adjacent to the opening.
